This old photograph from The Associated Press was in a story about the Franklin Street Bridge. The photographer obviously saw the

irony in the two signs hanging side by side on the bridge. The sign on the left meant the bridge was slippery when it was wet while

the one on the right referred to the river running under the bridge.
