PARC TO HOST BON APPETIT LIVE
Bon Appetit Live!, an event aimed at exciting the taste
buds while displaying one-of-a-kind artwork, will be
hosted by PARC at 6 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 25, at the Peoria
Civic Center.
The event will be an interactive gourmet culinary
experience featuring a live cooking demonstration,
dinner, entertainment and a silent auction of incredible
artwork created by individuals PARC serves.
YOUR TABLE IS READY
The Sisters of St. Francis of the Immaculate Conception,
also known as the Heading Avenue Franciscans, having
their 12th Annual “Your Table is Ready” Dinner/Auction
fundraiser at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 25, 2012, Itoo Hall.
This year’s theme is “My Favorite Book.” The event
includes dinner and live and silent auctions.
Proceeds will be used to support Sisters of St. Francis of
the Immaculate Conception in their ministries, including
pre-k and elementary education, campus ministry,
adult literacy, pastoral care, massage therapy, hospital
chaplaincy, marriage tribunal, spiritual direction, retreat
ministry, care of the elderly, and the Diocesan diaconate
program.
