CWTC receives grant for job training

CWTC, Community Workshop and Training Center Inc., has received a $25,000 grant from the Caterpillar Foundation. The grant will be used by the Employment Services Program to help individuals with disabilities seek, obtain and retain jobs.
CWTC does contract work for Caterpillar Inc., packaging parts to be distributed worldwide.
Patti Gratton, CWTC executive director Patti Gratton, discussed the importance of the grant to programs at the center. "We are grateful for the generosity of the Caterpillar Foundation. Their kindness will assist CWTC fulfill its mission of maximizing the independence of adults with disabilities," she said.
CWTC, Community Workshop and Training Center provides programs and services to adults with disabilities; enriching their quality of life, promoting social change, and optimizing their potential for independence.
